What are the physiological effects of someone who is " surrounded by shock "?

Decreased blood circulation, colder body temperature, clammy hand, shallow breathing, weak/fast pulse.
Basically, when your body goes into shock, it starts to shut down everything that isn't critical - like your limb, etc, and it gets worse from near.
The blood pressure falls and barely sufficient or insufficiant amounts of blood, oxygen and glucose are carried to the multiple cells of the body. Carbon dioxide accumulate. Organ failure (brain, heart, kidney, liver, etc.) ensue.
